Refund Policy

At CubiqHost, we strive to deliver top-tier hosting services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are eligible, processed, or denied. By purchasing any plan on our platform, you fully agree to this Refund Policy.

1. The 24-Hour Refund Guarantee

• Scope: Standard game server hosting plans (such as Minecraft Budget or Advanced plans) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of the initial purchase timestamp.
• Time limit: Any request received after exactly 24 hours from the purchase time will be automatically rejected.

2. Strictly Non-Refundable Products & Exclusions

The following products and services are completely exempt from our refund policy:

• Virtual Private Servers (VPS): Due to dedicated IP reservations and manual provisioning allocations, all VPS plans are non-refundable.
• World Purchases & Custom Files: Pre-configured world setups and digital files cannot be refunded once delivered or downloaded.
• Renewals & Upgrades: Service renewals, custom extensions, or plan upgrades are non-refundable.
• Developer Services: Fees paid to third-party developers for custom plugin, setup, or configurations are non-refundable.

3. Policy Violations & Abuse Exclusions

No refunds will be granted under any circumstances if:

• Your service is suspended due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) (such as cryptomining, cracked plugins, port scanning, or DDoS attacks).
• We detect fraudulent registration details or multiple checkout accounts belonging to the same identity.
• The payment was made using stolen accounts, credentials, or unauthorized payment methods.

4. Refund Processing & Transaction Fees

• Gateway Fees: Approved refunds may be subject to a deduction of payment gateway transaction processing fees (usually 2-3%).
• Duration: Once approved by our team, refunds are dispatched to the original source account. Processing may take 5 to 7 business days depending on UPI networks and your banking provider's settlement schedules.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Opening a dispute or chargeback via bank portals before contacting CubiqHost support will result in immediate suspension of all active services, permanent blacklisting of your email and IP, and loss of any refund eligibility.
